IWC Aquatimer Jacques-Yves Cousteau Chronograph Men's Watch IW376706.  This watch has a self-winding mechanical movement with a 44 hour power reserve contained within a 44mm stainless steel case.  The dial is silver with blue subdials, a chronograph function, and day and date display covered by a scratch resistant sapphire crystal.  The strap is black rubber with a stainless steel pin buckle.  Water resistant up to 120 meters.
